Review by hotel critic
During our recent family vacation in Santiago, we had the pleasure of staying at Manada Del Desierto. As a sommelier leading wine tours, attention to detail is paramount for me. The kind and attentive staff, particularly a lady fluent in English, truly enhanced our stay. Our family room comfortably accommodated us, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploring the wine regions. The hotel's location at the end of the main street was ideal for leisurely walks to local eateries without the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the practicality of the restaurant's late-night hours, perfect after returning tired from our day trips. While the pool offered a refreshing dip, the roof deck provided a serene spot for stargazing.Despite minor glitches like the temporary lack of hot water and Wi-Fi, the staff's responsive nature mitigated inconveniences swiftly. Our interactions with the staff showcased their commitment to making our stay memorable. In conclusion, Manada Del Desierto offers a warm atmosphere for families seeking a welcoming retreat in the heart of Santiago. The hotel's cozy charm and attentive service make it a worthwhile choice for those exploring the vibrant wine regions of Chile.
